Bidcactus is a new kind of auction experience that combines the best of online shopping with entertainment. Experience the thrill of participating in live auctions while trying to score real bargains!
Unlike some auctions sites, Bidcactus auctions feature only brand new merchandise. Also unlike many auction sites, bidding starts at just $0.10 with no reserve. Bids cost only $0.75 each, so you can walk away a winner with only a small amount invested!
With each bid placed, an item's price increases by $0.10 or $0.01 depending on the type of auction. When you bid, the counter gets re-set up to a maximum of 30 seconds to give someone else the chance to bid. An auction ends when there are no further bids and the counter reaches zero.
Registration is the first step and we have made the process as simple, secure and straightforward as possible. To get started on Bidcactus, go to the Registration page and follow the steps:
Each bid costs $0.75. Bidpacks are available in denominations of 25, 50, 100, 250, and 500. When you win an auction, you will pay the final price listed on the auction in addition to what you have spent on bidding for that item.

Penny Auction
In a penny auction, the price rises by just one penny with each bid placed (whereas in a normal auction, it rises by $0.10 cents).
Auction Time
Depending on the auction, each bid placed on an item increases the time on the clock between 10 and 30 seconds respectively.
An auction ends when the countdown clock is replaced with the word "Gone"! Reminder: When the clock has been changed to "Going", you are still able to place bids on an item.
Congratulations!

Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0+:Downtime, or outage, is an occasional and unforeseeable problem with the internet, and means that bids cannot be placed during this short period when we are offline. If we experience downtime at any point, we automatically add ten minutes on to the auction end time, so that our bidders are not left at a disadvantage.
