You must have the ability to immediately terminate a sub-affiliate if requested. As the registered affiliate, you are responsible for your sub-affiliates. If any sub-affiliate does not comply with the terms and conditions, or the spirit of affiliate best practices, you risk termination of your affiliate account.

A: BidCactus encourages affiliates to use search marketing. However, due to the nature of search marketing, there are a few rules that need to be followed. Affiliates may not bid on branded terms. Branded terms include, but are not limited to BidCactus, BidCactus.com, derivatives of those terms, and misspellings of those terms. Don't try to fool around, if you are caught, this is a rule that might cause you to be expelled from the BidCactus affiliate program. In addition, you may not use direct linking from Google to promote BidCactus. You may not use BidCactus.com or any other BidCactus owned domain as the destination url in Google ads. You may direct link, with approval, from other search engines.
