independent examination of our penny auction policies and procedures to prove our legitimacy.

Timely Shipping
If you win your auction, you deserve to receive your stuff. All auction wins should arrive within 15 business days of item checkout.
If you have not received your item within 15 days, please contact us at info@bidcactus.com or 1-800-243-8711.
Community Give Back
We know giving back to the community is important to you - it is also extremely important to us. Every month we
auction off special Bidpacks to raise money for charities (Feeding America, Toys for Tots, and Autism Speaks to name a few).

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with any auction item you have purchased, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days, unused and in its original package. Please note: all bidpacks are non-refundable.
